Different Responses Between Human Primary Cells Cultured In 2D vs. RAFT 3D Cell Culture System

Here we present data demonstrating the differences in oxidative stress, apoptotic, and cytotoxic response between human hepatocytes cultured in 2D and in the RAFT 3D cell culture system which has the benefits of a collagen hydrogel with tissue-like properties. Signals from luminescence whole well and fluorescence imaging assays were captured and quantified using the Cytation 3.
