The –85° low temperature storage with undercounter design combines vacuum insulation panel technology with conventional high-density foamed-in-place urethane insulation. The 5 ft 3 freezer's design saves space, and the composition wall maintains insulation R-value while decreasing wall thickness to 5 cm.
The cascade refrigeration system includes two compressors with CFC-free refrigerants, plus high capacity air-cooled condenser with dual condenser fans. A removable, washable condenser filter keeps the condenser free of dust. Other features include a solid-state temperature control system, overtemperature safety alarm and automatic voltage boost.
