Features:
- 2.0 µg Toxin A - $55 - product #152A
- 100.0 µg Toxin A - $385 - product #152B
- 100.0 µg Toxin A toxoid- $320 - product #153
- 0.5 ml Goat Anti-Toxin A - $70 - product #752
- 2.0 µg Toxin B - $225 - product #155
- 50.0 µg Exoenzyme C3 from Clostridium botulinum - product #143
Toxins A and B deactivate small GTPases such Rho, Rac and Cdc42 by glucosylation of a threonine residue. Inhibition of these GTPases causes the shutdown of signal transduction cascades. Exoenzyme C3 also has similar function like toxins A and B that exhibits ADP-ribosyltransferase. We provide high purity toxins A and B, and a toxoid of toxin A prepared by formaldehyde inactivation. Polyclonal anti-toxin A from goat is provided that is suitable for dot plot or western analysis.
