MultiFlow kits are bead-based three-analyte immunoassays used for quantitating cytokines in biological fluids. Kits include: fluorescence compensation adjustment beads, cytokine capture beads, fluorescein-, phycoerythrin-, and Cy5PE-labeled cytokine reporter antibody, pre-diluted WHO-calibrated cytokine standards, and assay wash buffer. Sufficient reagents are included for 100 individual analyses. Current kits are available for the detection of IL-2, IL-4, and Interferon-gamma, or IL-4, GM-CSF, and Interferon-gamma, or IL-1 alpha, IL-6, and Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha.
