Rtx-VMS columns are designed for gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) volatile analysis. The product's stationary phase is a low bleed, highly stable polymer designed for outstanding performance with volatile compounds using sensitive ion traps and HP 5973 MS. With the phase, it is now possible to run three US EPA Method 8260 samples per hour, thus increasing productivity over currently available volatile columns.
