The Uniflow By-Pass fume hood features a molded one-piece seamless liner with covered corners for ease-of-cleaning. The superstructure is manufactured from fire-retardant, chemical-resistant advanced composite materials using a minimum of metallic parts. A vertical-raising viewing sash is constructed of ¼-in clear tempered safety glass with frame and track fabricated of chemical-resistant PVC. A vapor-proof, two-tube fluorescent light fixture is mounted behind a glass panel with column-mounted light switch. All electrical fixtures are UL-approved, and the hood is shipped completely assembled.
