The kit, which is compatible with over 80% of AAV transfer plasmids, uses a probe-based, dPCR assay that is more sensitive and consistent than traditional DNA blotting or ELISA methods. It provides highly sensitive results in about three hours and offers optional manual or automated sample preparation.
