RoosterHD-EV: Chemically Defined Media System For Scalable Exosome Manufacturing

Source: RoosterBio
RoosterHD-EV

Media exchanges and wash steps cost exosome manufacturers product, and conventional collection windows limit how much a culture can deliver. RoosterHD-EV is a xeno-free, chemically defined, low particulate media system built around one medium used from cell seeding through exosome harvest. Feed strategies run from 5 to 12 days in 2D and 3D bioreactor formats, with supplied protocols for hMSC, iPSC-derived MSC, hTERT-modified MSC, and human dermal fibroblasts.

The 12-day 3D process is reported to raise yields 10 to 20-fold over traditional systems. Characterization data cover tetraspanin profiling, CD73 bioactivity, and immunomodulatory function by macrophage polarization. Kit configurations and ordering details are included. Review the data and kit options to see where RoosterHD-EV could fit in your workflow.
