Patient-Derived Organoids For Cell Therapy Development: The Needs Behind The Innovation

Cell therapies present a preclinical modeling problem that most platforms weren't built to solve. Unlike small molecules, living therapeutic cells behave differently depending on the tumor microenvironment they encounter, making conventional 2D models a poor proxy for clinical reality. Patient-derived organoids address this directly.
