Intentional Interference: Genetic Engineering Medium Aids The Transfection Of MSCs With siRNA
Source: RoosterBio
By Mary Doolin
A newly developed genetic engineering medium is fueling the development of cell- and extracellular vesicle-based therapies. RoosterGEM has been shown to enhance heterologously expressed protein production by transduced and transfected MSCs. Explore work from RoosterBio that is showing implications to improve MSC-based discovery research as well as ex vivo-modified therapies. RoosterGEM makes siRNA-mediated knockdown more efficient, and therefore, the intended therapeutic impact of the knockdown may be greater.
