Integrated Sample Preparation And qPCR Assay For Quantitation Of Lentiviral Proviral DNA In Transduced Cells

The ViralSEQ™ Lentivirus Proviral DNA Titer Kit is used for precise measurement of integrated genome copies by targeting a certain area in the lentivirus genome. The kit, which is compatible with more than 200 lentiviral transfer plasmids, allows for highly sensitive quantitation using TaqMan qPCR technology. It can be used to compute infectious lentiviral titers, find out vector copy number, and is appropriate for proviral quantitation in process development and lot release. The kit is designed to be part of a comprehensive workflow to support process development and GMP environments. The kit can process up to 24 samples in triplicate, a significant increase from the 3 samples in triplicate possible with manual methods.
