FcRn Affinity Column Gen2

Therapeutic antibody half-life depends critically on FcRn binding affinity, yet traditional analysis methods rely on single pH measurements that miss the full binding profile. The FcRn Affinity Column Gen2 enables pH gradient analysis to view antibody-receptor interactions across physiologically relevant conditions. This affinity chromatography approach distinguishes IgG variants, oxidized species, aggregates, and engineered antibodies based on their FcRn binding characteristics.
The column works with standard HPLC systems and eliminates the inconsistent coating densities that compromise other methods. With capacity for over 100 injections, it provides a standardized workflow for quality control and process development teams working with IgG1-4 therapeutics and albumin fusion proteins.
