Enabling GMP Production with Enhanced Single-Use Fermentors

As more products are moved into single use fermenters, there is greater need to improved oxygen delivery closer to or beyond the abilities of stainless-steel vessels. 

In this webinar, we will share how we have further enhanced the HyPerforma S.U.F. to meet higher cooling requirements of high density, exponentially growing, high oxygen–consuming cultures. We also show how the development of a larger single-use parabolic turbine impeller has greater oxygen delivery capabilities and lower power consumption than equivalently scaled Rushton impellers on the original HyPerforma S.U.F. Though the performance is far greater than original Rushton S.U.F. bioprocess container (BPC), the enhanced S.U.F. BPC can be used with both existing and new enhanced S.U.F. equipment.
