XPert™ Balance Enclosure provides user protection by keeping powders and fumes contained during weighing procedures. Patented features include air foil with Clean-Sweep openings to enhance airflow and zoned-perforated rear baffle that creates horizontal laminar airflow to maximize containment.
Exclusive features include deep 30" interior and 32" interior height to accommodate large micro or analytical balances, upper dilution air supply and upper containment sash foil. Other features include side-entry air foils, built-in top-mounted airflow monitor; low profile design; 1/4" thick, non-static producing tempered safety glass sides and top; 12" high sash opening; ergonomic 1/4" thick tempered safety glass angled sash that is hinged to pivot up and lock for loading; and two utility ports.
Transfer caddy with caddy latch and positioning plate is included. A push-button operated electric hydraulic lift mechanism raises the container to the optimal ergonomic height and an electronic beam senses the location of the container and triggers the lift mechanism to automatically stop at the optimal access height. Must exhaust to the outside or use FilterMate Portable Exhausters from the top through one of three 2" x 10" rectangular openings.
