SAN MATEO, Calif., March 15, 2000-NucleoTech Corporation, a provider of advanced image data analysis systems, today announces the release of its new NucleoVision 760, a complete imaging workstation designed for advanced densitometry analysis. The system helps researchers take maximum advantage of a rich and growing source of information based on images including electrophoretic gels, autoradiographs, blots, and even 3-D objects. The system offers accurate densitometry and molecular weight calibration, data reproducibility, and automation under an easy to-use interface designed for the molecular biologist. Applications of the system include 1-D gel analysis, protein gels, Southern/Northern, PCR, QPCR, colony/plaque counting, and microscopy.
