Our development laboratories support Drug Substance, Analytical and Drug Product development for recombinant protein from microbial and cell culture systems, viral development (recombinant, live and attenuated) ranging from small scale to 200 L scale. Analytical development covering all standard recombinant protein and viral methods used for in-process, release and stability testing and most of the methods used for drug substance and drug product characterization is also available. Drug substance development includes development from excipient screening to formulation process scale-up, including both liquid and lyophilization development.
