Viral Clearance Study Support

The Field Applications (FA) team is focused on providing support to Planova™ filter users, including optimizing and conducting viral clearance study (VCS) filtrations at your selected BSL-2 laboratory.

We provide support based on our collective years of experience assisting customers. While holding your study parameters and data in the strictest confidence, we work to optimize your VCS plan to ensure the best possible outcome. We pride ourselves in our ability to meet our customer’s unique goals, to assist them with their challenges and to provide unparalleled customer service.

Each VCS is conducted to your specific requirements. We review your responses to the Questionnaire at the Pre-Study Meeting via a telephone consultation. Our FA team member will then carry out all steps of Planova operation during the Study Execution and prepare Study Reports. As a final step, we ask for your feedback after completing the study.
