The pTriEx System is a novel expression vector platform that enables optimal protein expression in bacterial, insect and mammalian cells from a single plasmid. It combines the proven features of the pET, BacVector and BacMam Systems and provides all of the benefits and versatility of each expression system in one vector backbone. The TriEx family of vectors has been extensively tested for performance with various target genes in all three expression systems. In each case, expression was similar to that obtained with system-specific vectors.
