RosetteSep™ is a procedure for the isolation of circulating epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood in a single step. Two antibody cocktails are available: the CD45 depletion cocktail is ideal for the maximal recovery of tumor cells in blood samples for immunocytochemical detection. The extensive tumor enrichment cocktail allows highly purified epithelial tumor cells to be recovered for vaccine production or molecular characterization. The entire procedure takes one hour and the enriched tumor cells are not labeled with antibody and are immediately ready for use.
