Transient Expression Technologies For High Titer Antibody Production In Suspension CHO Cells

CHOgro® Expression System was developed for high titer antibody production in suspension CHO cells and increases antibody secretion per cell compared to existing technologies. The researchers analyzed the cells using antibody capture and fluorescence assays, as well as an ELISA to measure antibody levels. They found that higher cell densities led to higher antibody titers, and the CHOgro® system resulted in higher protein production compared to a competitor system.
