Top Five Oral Dosage Forms by Portfolio Composition

In Q2,2019 ISR asked 102 people who outsource oral dose manufacturing about the dosage forms that comprise their portfolio of marketed oral dose drug products. The top five oral dosage forms account for more than half (56%) of the products in their oral dose portfolios and are: tablets, capsules, controlled release tablets, controlled release capsules, and immediate release tablets.
