The AvaSpec-ULS TEC can be delivered with 2 different TE cooled detector arrays with (2048L / 3648 pixels) as 1- or 2-channel instrument and has all the standard options, gratings and specifications the standard AvaSpec has. The AvaSpec- ULS TEC Thermo-Electric Cooled Fiber Optic Spectrometers are ideal for low light-level applications, such as fluorescence and Raman measurements, where integration times of more than 5 seconds are needed.
AvaSpec-ULS TEC Features:
- Newly designed three-stage Peltier cooling device reduces the CCD chip temperature by -35 °C
- Ultra low stray light optical bench
- Size of the ULS-TEC is reduced more than 35% versus the previous TEC spectrometers

- Integrated temperature regulator

- 2 cooling fans actively ventilate the heat sink of the Peltier cooling elements
