TheraPEAK® ActiCell® T Cell Activation Reagent

Bead-based activation can place mechanical stress on T cells, and this bead-free reagent is designed to minimize it. ActiCell is a ready-to-use, biodegradable, matrix-coated nanoparticle system that engages CD3 and CD28 on human T cells from PBMCs or enriched populations, and it can be removed by media washing or centrifugation.

Coverage includes compatibility with IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15 supplementation, performance in serum-free environments, and lentiviral transduction efficiency. It also sets a complete serum-free workflow against a competitor system, showing cumulative expansion and viability for two donors through Day 14.
