Synthesis Monitoring Analyzer

PerkinElmer Instruments, Inc. stand-alone analyzer has been designed for the pharmaceutical drug discovery market and offers spectra within seconds using fourier transform-infrared based technology. This system analyzes reaction sequence products before starting complex synthesis procedures. Accurately monitoring reaction products, it does not cleave from resin beads, and it automatically compares spectra from the before and after reaction stages. The user is then able to select functional group information and to highlight the spectral differences for correlation.
