The THESYS SCS and ACS column series provide mid- to large-scale oligonucleotide production with diameters ranging from 10 to 100 cm. These systems utilize CAD-modeled "active" flow distribution to ensure uniform reagent dispersal across the entire column surface, even at short bed heights, which maximizes coupling efficiency. While the SCS model offers manual bed height adjustments and ergonomic rotation for frequent unpacking, the ACS model features axial compression for "hoist-free" operation and simplified maintenance.
