Super Flangeless™ Fittings for 1/16 OD Tubing/10-32 Flat-Bottom Ports
Our Super Flangeless Fittings line now includes 10-32 threaded fittings for flat-bottom ports.
Like our other Super Flangeless Fittings, they hold to higher pressures than traditional flat-bottom fittings, and they perform well in vibration-intensive applications or where fittings tend to loosen due to polymeric tubing twist. The Super Flangeless fittings have a lock ring on the ferrule (M-650), which acts much like a bearing, eliminating this problem. Furthermore, the ferrule stays in place on the tubing – so it doesn't accidentally slide off.

Pressure ratings for these fittings range from 750 psi (52 bar) to 3,750 psi (259 bar), depending on tubing and/or tubing sleeve. Examples in the table below are for reference only and refer to the pressure rating of the fittings, not the tubing.

Tests were conducted with room temperature water, and fittings were finger tightened. Your results may vary depending on the specific port and tubing material, tubing ID, actual tubing diameters (taking manufacturers' tolerances into account), temperature, chemical compatibility, etc.
