Stemline® Platform Media – For Optimized Stem Cell Expansion

In recent years, the development of media used to expand, adult stem cells have significantly increased the success rate of adult stem cell therapy and the breadth of potential stem cell-based therapies. To obtain enough cells for applications of this therapeutic approach, ex vivo expansion is utilized to ensure successful engraftment and economize the manufacture of both allogeneic and autologous therapies. To this end, we have developed the Stemline® Platform of cGMP-manufactured media, optimized for the expansion of various adult stem cell types in automated manufacturing environments.
