State-Of-The-Art Aseptic Filling System

Our new state-of-the-art filling suite located at our Camden site in Baltimore, MD, houses a groninger^® FlexPro 50 filling machine, enhancing our capabilities for aseptic fill/finish processing. The FlexPro 50 can achieve outputs of up to 4500 containers per hour and utilizes isolator based technology for aseptic processing of pre-sterilized syringes, cartridges, and vials.

With the capability to fill thousands of vials in a day to hundreds of thousands per run utilizing campaign filling, we can customize a program based on your unique needs.
