The successful transfer of validated assays is a critical concern for laboratories adopting new, advanced platforms. In drug development, many flow cytometry assays are initially created at one location but must be shared across multiple functional teams. Standardizing assays on several instruments can be particularly challenging with legacy cytometers, even ones within the same laboratory.
