The SureCycler can run even the most complex thermal cycling techniques including time and temperature increments, touchdown PCR, and temperature gradients. The software interface, operated via the responsive color touch screen, features an intelligent Program Wizard that can create PCR protocols automatically from primer and template information and also includes pre-loaded protocols featuring our most popular PCR enzymes.
