S c a n A r r a y L I T E is available in standard or custom configurations and is the ideal system for budget conscious laboratories or researchers inter-ested in beginning microarray and gene expression analysis.

Two (2) Internal Lasers

• Standard configuration with 543nm and 633nm excitation wavelengths.
• Custom configuration with any combination of two internal lasers with excitation of 543nm, 594nm, 612nm and 633nm.

• Four (4) qualified emission filters to detect a variety of dyes.
• Detection of Cy3, Alexa 532, Te t r a m e t h y l Rhodamine, TAMRA, Alexa 546, Cy5, BOD-I P Y 630/650 and more.
• Sensitivity to < 0.1 molecule fluor/micron 2 .

• Integrated barcode reader can define scanning parameters automatically.
• Barcode labels can be detected on the top or bottom of samples.

• Labels are resistant to microarray preparation, washing and hybridization.
