Scaling Up mAb Process Development From 250mL To 5L Bioreactor With Consistent Yield

Culture Biosciences has created bioreactors specifically designed to accommodate Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. These bioreactors can be adjusted to various scales, ranging from 250mL to 5L systems, and are designed for efficient and reliable cell culture growth. With advanced control systems and real-time monitoring capabilities, these bioreactors allow for precise control of CPPs. This study, conducted using Culture Biosciences cloud-connected bioreactors, showcase the effectiveness of this technology transfer, by comparing the results obtained from shake flask cultures at both 250mL and 5L scales.
