Riverarch Equity Partners Announce Acquisition Of Alconox By Portfolio Company TCP Analytical

Riverarch Equity Partners (“Riverarch”) and other investors, including Audax Strategic Capital, The Hillman Company, Lacy Diversified, and PPM America, together with their portfolio company TCP Analytical are pleased to announce the acquisition of Alconox, LLC (“Alconox” or the “Company”), a leading provider of branded laboratory cleaning solutions.

Headquartered in White Plains, NY, Alconox is a leading supplier of specialized detergents relied on for critical cleaning applications across a range of end markets including laboratory settings and medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The company provides a family of 16 specialized, branded detergents, available in both powdered and liquid form, which address a variety of cleaning challenges for end users. Established in 1946 and remaining in the control of the founding families for over 75 years, Alconox has a longstanding reputation and track record of success.
