Redlake MASD, Inc. was formed by the Roper Industries, Inc. acquisition of two of the world's top suppliers of high-speed digital cameras, Eastman Kodak Company's Motion Analysis Systems Division and Redlake Imaging Corporation. The Motion Analysis Systems Division of Eastman Kodak Company began setting industry standards in high-end motion analysis imaging in 1982. Founded in 1961, Redlake Imaging Corporation amassed four decades of experience in innovative, high-speed imaging. In 1995 they sold their film business to concentrate on emerging digital technologies and were subsequently recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. The synergistic union of these two companies has made Redlake MASD, Inc. the worldwide leader in the development and production of digital cameras for motion analysis and machine vision industries.
