QuantArray Analysis Software

QuantArray, developed by GSI Lumonics, is powerful microarray analysis software that enables researchers to easily and accurately visualize and quantitate gene expression data. Developed for Windows NT, QuantArray provides automated analysis of two, three, four, and five color microarray images without the need to manually draw grids. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with a ScanArray 4000, 4000XL, 5000 or 5000XL system, QuantArray provides one-step, automatic scanning and quantitation before exporting data to bioinformatics software packages. QuantArray's real-time image display allows the user to quickly view microarray experimental results in seconds. A sample of QuantArray features include:
