The QAII Station has been designed to ensure each tested dissolution apparatus conforms with mechanical specifications. It effectively measures and records dissolution physical parameters specified in the harmonized pharmacopeias as well as FDA and ASTM mechanical calibration procedures. Compatible with almost all brands of dissolution apparatus, the QAll offers exceptional versatility and ease of use in a portable package.

Features

  • Effective Measurement System. It easily measures and documents individual spindle speeds, shaft wobble, shaft and vessel perpendicularity, vessel table level, temperature, and vibration. The vibration sensor measures vibration in four different parameters (acceleration, velocity, frequency and displacement) in all three axes X, Y, and Z
  • Versatile. The QAII can be used on almost all brands of dissolution apparatus. An adapter ring for non-Agilent apparatus is included
  • Easy-to-Use Menu prompts you through the step-by-step process giving you the option of selecting which parameters to measure
  • NIST-traceable Results. The QAII and its sensors may be routinely calibrated against NIST traceable devices. A calibration certificate is included
  • Portability. The QAII is battery operated as well as line operable. Measurements may be obtained without the need for AC power. To conserve battery life, the printer is operational only when the QAII is plugged into an AC power outlet
  • Information Storage. The unit has non-volatile memory with an information storage capacity for up to 30 apparatus. It retains the serial numbers of each apparatus along with each individual shaft ID for each position
