The product automates a C-terminal thiohydantoin chemical sequencing process. The pumping system produces an accurate flow and precise concentrations that keep retention times and baselines reproducible from cycle to cycle. Pre-mixed solvents require no molarity or pH adjustments to maintain separation of the 20 common PTH-amino acids.
