Textco, Inc. protein sequence analysis tool in Gene Inspector 1.5 uses median sieving to display the results of standard sliding window analysis. This tool allows the user to select sequences and have them search databases on the Internet. BLAST, FASTA, and other search routines are available. It can perform hundreds of analyses on the sequences using over 60 individual algorithms, many containing multiple data tables.
