CAI partnered with a progressive drug design and development organization to support their initiative of in-house, real-time release, continuous processing oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing in Massachusetts, USA. The construction and commissioning of the site facility were completed, and facility support personnel have been hired, trained, and positioned to support the site. The continuous processing rig was delivered and installed, and support personnel were recruited, trained, and relocated to the site, ensuring an effective transition of ongoing team activities. Additionally, the team at CAI played a crucial role in establishing site leadership. The successful completion of process and cleaning validation, along with a facility pre-approval inspection devoid of major observations, marked significant milestones.
