pH Electrode

The Orbisint CPS 11 pH electrode operates fermentation processes with control of pH values. The product provides approximately 10 steam sterilization cycles and also offers a secondary containment area for the reference system that offers protection from contamination. To eliminate "poisoning pathways" that exist in many electrodes, the gel electrolyte in the product is polymerized in the electrode during production.

The single-junction design of the electrode eliminates errors caused by changing diffusion potentials that develop across multiple junctions. In addition, a temperature sensor located in the tip of the product can be used to monitor steam sterilization temperatures and achieve improved accuracy during buffering. Additionally, the electrode provides a quick disconnect cable connector.
