CoreHTS™ (FP)-based screening assays are homogeneous and configured for use in HTS and uHTS. The mix and read format is fast, easy, and robust. At this time, assays are available for Tyrosine Kinase and Protein Kinase C isoforms, as well as Estrogen Receptor alpha & beta.
Our line of recombinant proteins includes estrogen, androgen, and Vitamin D3 receptors, protein kinase C isoforms and other signal transduction proteins, Alzheimer's Disease-related proteins, and Cytochrome P450 BACULOSOMES® Reagents and the RECO® System for drug metabolizing studies.
