“We’re excited to be a part of this year’s Outsourced Pharma Boston conference. I enjoyed my experience as an Outsourced Pharma panelist in 2016, and now along with my colleagues at Biogen, we are happy to become the Spotlight Leadership Company this year,” said Thomas Holmes, Sr. Director for Global External Manufacturing at Biogen. “This open forum for discussion and learning between supply chain partners and drug owners is of great value to our industry."

“We are honored to have Biogen as our Spotlight Leadership Company at Outsourced Pharma Boston 2017,” said Louis Garguilo, Chief Editor and Conference Chair for Outsourced Pharma. “Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Thomas Holmes, who is a member of our Outsourced Pharma Editorial Board, and would like to thank him and the other Biogen members for creating this session for our attendees. Learning from Biogen about manufacturing outsourcing strategy, criteria for selecting supply chain partners, and the role of procurement in the process, will add to the knowledge of all our companies attending our Boston forum this year."

With this event in Boston, Outsourced Pharma enters its fourth year of hosting thought leadership conferences and exhibitions that provide discussions of best practices and practical applications of outsourcing skills, with an open format for panel and audience participation. This year’s conference in Boston is titled: A Summit on Modern-Day Drug Development and Manufacturing Outsourcing.
