Oryx Instruments, founded in 1976 as Advanced Technology, Inc., is headquartered in Fremont, California in the heart of "Silicon Valley". Oryx offers unique process control and process monitoring instrumentation and test equipment for the data storage and semiconductor industries. The TTS-2000 is a SIMS-based system for process monitoring of surface chemistry and contamination monitoring for both semiconductor wafers and rigid disks, MR heads and other products produced in the data storage industry. Also available is a full range of ESD simulators and testers for semiconductor devices and MR heads. Our latest introduction is a complete line of quasi-static and ESD/quasi-static testers for GMR development and production.
