Operon Microarray Database

Operon is pleased to announce the release of the Operon Microarray Database (OMAD), which offers comprehensive information about our Human, Mouse, and Yeast Array-Ready Oligo Sets. The database provides specifics on each designed oligo and its representative gene or ORF. Additionally, the database features the oligo name, the gene name, its description, and links to public domain databases. The database also includes potential cross-hybridization (X-Hyb) information for each oligo, which may be used to provide a more in-depth analysis of the results of hybridization experiments.
