FTIRsearch.com is an online service allowing analytical chemists to search high quality FTIR and Raman spectral libraries via the Internet. The service offers easy to use, instant access to large collections of high quality spectral data (over 71,000 FTIR and almost 16,000 Raman spectra). The service provides cost-effective access to spectral libraries for smaller labs, researchers involved in short term projects, educational institutions and other organizations that perform less frequent spectral database searching.

Users can perform both text and Spectral searching of the complete database. The Spectral searching option automatically recognizes the data file formats from almost every major vendor's instrument software, eliminating the need to export data. No additional software beyond a standard web browser is needed to fully utilize the search system. Users can submit, search, display, compare, zoom and print spectra and reports from directly within their web browser. Account management is also done entirely in-line to make getting started quick and simple.
