Nova Biomedical Demonstrates Innovative Single Instrument BioProcess Analyzer for Chemistry/Gas, Cell Density/Viability, And Osmolality at BioProcess International Conference And Exhibition October 1-3. 2007

SingleInstrument

An advanced bioprocess analyzer from Nova Biomedical providing immediate measurement of key chemistries, cell density/viability, and osmolality for in cell culture and fermentation media in a single instrument will be on display at the BioProcess International Conference and Exhibition, Hynes Convention Center, Boston MA beginning Monday, October 1, 2007.

BioProfile® FLEX utilizes sophisticated measurement technology to provide a total picture of cell growth for research & development, process development, pilot, and manufacturing applications from a single, small sample. These key tests emanate from one instrument to save time, labor, eliminate errors, and improve compliance in every phase of the bioprocess.

BioProfile FLEX is offered in a series of modules to meet specific user needs with eight different configurations building on the base chemistry module to add combinations for cell density/viability, osmolality, and phosphate modules analysis as required. Options include autosampling for up to eight bioreactors and individual or multiple syringe and tray sampling.

BioProfile FLEX is compatible with the FDA's PAT initiative to communicate, capture, and control bioprocess data for cell culture processes.

The Bioprofile FLEX is available for onsite demonstration at the Nova Biomedical Booth # 431 at Bioprocess Conference and Exhibition, Hynes Convention Center, Boston, MA from Monday 1 October through October 3, 2007.
