The RosetteSep™ Cocktail for NK Cells enrich human natural killer (NK) cells directly from whole blood in a procedure that involves only a single 20 minute labeling step immediately prior to a standard Ficoll centrifugation. The unwanted cells pellet with the red cells, leaving the NK cells highly enriched at the Ficoll:plasma interface. The cocktails are also available for other lymphocyte subsets.
