NCSRT Introduces OPTISEP® 11000 For Cell Harvest

NCSRT introduces it's OPTISEP® 11000 SF-TTT module for cell harvest of CHO, E Coli, P. Pastoris, and insect cell applications. The OPTISEP 11000 module system incorporates the patented SmartFlow™ TFF technology to ensure even flow distribution across the membrane surface. The improved fluid dynamics of SF-TFF eliminates problems associated with other TFF technologies: low permeate flux, clogging, gel layer build up, and poor cleaning. SF-TFF systems demonstrate permeate flux of 50-400 LMH depending on the culture, membrane, and organism. Sustained flux rates over 18 hour periods are reported in independent evaluations. OPTISEP filter systems are linearly scalable from 0.01 to over 1000 m2 membrane area.
