We produce combinatorial libraries with unique design features and provide access to an existing compound collection approaching 100,000 individually purified and analytically characterized small molecules for drug discovery. All libraries are provided in 96 and 384 well plates, ready for immediate use in screening assays.

Company Information

Founded in June 1998, Nanosyn is a startup company working in the emerging field of combinatorial chemistry, miniaturization, and robotics. The company was established by a group of scientists with extensive expertise in combinatorial organic synthesis, analysis of combinatorial libraries, and high throughput screening. Nanosyn is focused on developing integrated technologies for miniaturized ("nanoscale") to milligram scale combinatorial synthesis. We believe that matching the scale of synthesis with the small amounts of material required for modern high throughput screening creates unique opportunities for both lead discovery and lead optimization. We provide a cost-efficient solution for the generation of large and diverse libraries as well as for synthesis of smaller, focused libraries using proprietary building blocks.
