Molecular Structure Corporation specializes in all aspects of single crystal X-ray diffraction. The company was established over 20 years ago as the world's first commercial X-ray structure laboratory and continues to provide commercial X-ray services in both the small molecule and protein fields.

MSC also distributes Rigaku single crystal X-ray instrumentation, such as the AFC7 high speed diffractometer and the R-AXIS II and R-AXIS IV imaging plate area detectors, with their accompanying sealed tube or rotating anode generators.

The small molecule structure solution and analysis package teXsan was written at Molecular Structure Corporation, as was the new area plate processing package, d*TREK.

In addition, MSC manufactures a wide range of instrumentation and accessories pertaining to X-ray crystallography including a full line of liquid nitrogen low temperature devices, instrument stages, helium and evacuated beam paths, and focusing mirror systems.
